影响患者对金属烤瓷冠颜色满意度的因素分析

Analysis of effect factors to satisfactory of patients to the colour of PFM and PFMB

目的:通过调查患者对金属烤瓷冠颜色的满意度,总结分析其影响因素。方法:选取102例共425个修复单位的金属烤瓷冠、桥(porcelain-fused-to-metalcrown,PFM;porcelain-fused-to-metalbridge,PFMB),对“表面及颜色“”、边缘完整性”两项内容调查,并按性别、年龄、修复体选择区分患者,进行统计。结果:烤瓷冠颜色是患者对修复体满意与否的重要指标,本次各项调查患者满意率均在90%以上。结论:要获得满意的烤瓷冠颜色,在整个修复过程中必须重视每个环节的操作标准,准确比色是最关键的一环,基牙预备,特别是颈缘预备及正确客观的审美是其他重要因素。

Objective To observe the satisfactory of patients and the effect factors to the colour of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown（PFM） and porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge （PFMB）. Methods Two aspects include the colour and the edge compatibility were examined among 102 patients with 425 PFM and PFMB cases.The patients were divided by sex,age and prosthetic design. Results The colour of PFM is the important index whether the patients were satisfied with prosthesis.The average satisfactory rate of this research is above 90%. Conclusion We must pay attention to two operating criterions in course of prosthesis.Accurate choice of the colour is the most important factor.The preparation of teeth especially the preparation of cervical layer and the objective aesthetics are also important.
