摘要
研究了用5-Br-PADCAP-Triton X-100作为络合滴定指示剂测定铜的方法。在pH 4.5的乙酸-乙酸钠介质中,采用5-Br-PADCAP为指示剂,以Triton X-100增敏、增稳,用EDTA为络合剂滴定铜。结果表明,用5-Br-PADCAP-Triton X-100作金属指示剂,能改善反应条件,提高变色灵敏度,优于用PAN和PAN-S作金属指示剂。
To study the effects of 5-Br-PADCAP-Triton X-100 as an indicator on determining copper, in HAc-NaAc buffer (pH 4.5), using Triton X-100 enhance the sensitivity and stability, 5-Br-PADCAP as indicator, EDTA as complex agent, copper was determined. The results show that the 5-Br-PADCAP-Triton X-100 indicator is better than PAN and PAN-S on determining copper, and Triton X-100 can enchance the sensitivity and improve the reaction conditions.
