便携式X线机摄高电压尘肺胸片的研究

Comparison on High KV Technique in Chest Radiograph by Portable X-ray Generator

高电压尘肺胸片是尘肺诊断的质量保证，我们与有关单位共同研制出体积又小、重量又轻，又便于安装、拆卸与运输，价格低的ＢＦ－１２５Ａ型便携式Ｘ线机，经两次实际应用，结果基本与国产５００ｍＡＸ线机所摄高电压胸片相符。在１３９０张胸片中，一、二级胸片Ａ厂达７９．５％，Ｂ矿达８２．３％，其尘肺诊断准确率及胸片质量显著高于低电压胸片。

High KV chest radiograph is the guarantee of pneummoconiosis diagnosis.BF-125A portable X-ray generator is a instrumant characteristed by light weight,small volume,fair price and easy to install and transpor.Of the 1390 chest films,79.5% of them from Factory A and 82.3% from Mine B and they were classified as Grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ.The results of pneumoniosis diagnosis with high KV chest films were better than that with routine films.The films taken by this poatable X-ray generator shows some resemblance to that by domesticmade 500mA generator.
