摘要
胚败育是限制果树杂交育种工作的一个关键问题。本文从细胞学、矿质营养元素和激素角度对胚败育机理的研究进行了综述,并进一步阐述了胚培养、生长调节剂、矿质营养元素和授粉、受精条件在克服胚败育中的作用。
Embryo abortion plays a key role in limiting crossbreeding of many fruit trees.The embryo abortion mechanism was summarized from the points of cytology, mineral element and hormone level. In addition, the rates of embryo culture, plant growth regulators, mineral elements and pollination and fertilization condition in dealing with embryo abortion were also stated.
