摘要
对水溶性染料曙红Y使用Fenton试剂结合光催化氧化降解褪色的过程进行了研究,对该反应的4种主要影响因素加以分析:染料浓度、Fenton试剂用量、光源、初始pH值。经过系列的研究分析得出了曙红Y降解的最佳降解条件,并对Fenton试剂光催化氧化反应机理进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明:太阳光照射能有效地促进曙红Y的降解褪色(脱色率大于95%),明显缩短褪色时间,节约氧化剂的用量。当Fe^2+浓度在3.50×10^-5~7.19×10^-5mol/L之间以及H2O2的摩尔量为染料摩尔量的50~100倍时,太阳光光照能有效地促进0.10g/L以下浓度的曙红Y的降解。
In this paper, the photocatalysis degradation and deeolorization of water soluble dye- Eosin Y under natural sun light and 450W high pressure Hg - lamp irritation in the presence of photo - catalyst Fenton's reagent were studied. 7 factors were researched, namely: concentration of Eosin Y, dosage and ratio of Fenton' s reagent, light source, original pH value of the solution and the addition of other chemicals. Through experiments the optimum condition for the decolorization of Eosin Y was decided. Experiments show that sun light can promote this reaction apparently ( percentage of decolorization is more than 95% ). The reaction time can be shortened and the dosage of Fenton's reagent was saved.
