摘要
生物吸附技术是近年来国内外研究较多的一种含重金属废水处理技术。采用非活性用红色链霉菌首先对试验室自制含Pb2+废水进行研究,找出了溶液pH值、废菌体用量、共存离子、吸附时间等影响Pb2+吸附的显著因素,并在此基础上对实际含Pb2+废水进行处理。结果表明,经过二级吸附处理后的实际废水能达标排放。
Biological adsorption is one of technologies having been probed more nowadays applied in treatment of heavy metal wastewater. Firstly, in this paper, the non - living red Streptomyces have been utilized to adsorb Pb^2 + from man- made Pb^2 + - containing wastewater in the laboratory so that some factors which effect lead uptake greatly such as pH value, dosage of red Streptomyees, co - existing ions, contacting time have been found. Based above, the practical Pb^2 + - containing wastewater has been treated by red Streptomyces. The conclusion shows that after two glades treatment, the concentrations of heavy metals i, e, Pb^2 +, Cu^2+ , Cd^2+ and Zn^2+ in solution all meet the standards for wastewater prevented.
