摘要
运用I-DEAS对某汽车车轮进行实体建模,并通过对汽车车轮的几何模型进行网格划分、确定边界条件,最后得到受力情况下的应力分布及变形特点。结果表明利用I-DEAS可以有效的对车轮进行受力分析。
Based on I-DEAS software, an automobile wheel model is modeled, through meshing geometry model and putting on boundary condition, the effective finite element model is built, finally get the distributing chart of stress as well as characteristic of distortion of this automobile wheel model. The result comes true that doing the simulation model of I-DEAS on the automobile wheel is effective.
