摘要
研究设计了基于16位单片机MSP430的具有自校准和非线性误差补偿功能的智能压力变送器,并给出了完整的低功耗、高精度智能压力变送器设计框图,建立了用于高精度A/D转换的Σ-Δ模数转换器数学模型,实现了变送器的自校准和非线性误差补偿功能,并使用Simulink工具箱进行了数值仿真。目前,该智能变送器已经投入实际使用,其自校准和非线性误差补偿智能监测模块经工程验证效果良好,说明所建立数学模型合理,系统具有实用,可靠的特点。
This paper describes the research and design of a intelligent pressure transmitter with self-calibrated and nonlinear compensation function based on 16bit MCU MSP430. The system frame and Software flow chart of every part of the intelligent transmitter are supplied. The model of ∑-△ A/D converter is founded. The intelligent pressure transmitter accomplishes the functions of self-calibration and nonlinear compensation. The system is simulated by using Simulink on a computer. The intelligent pressure transmitter has been used in the industry control system and works well, which shows that the mode is accurate and the system is workable.
