摘要
在内燃机扭振数字化测量中,由于各种原因会使采集数据中不可避免地存在数据异常点(畸点),常规的信号处理方法无法处理这类数据点。因此,探求判别畸点进而剔除畸点的方法是扭振信号处理中关键的一步。从扭振数字化测量的原理着手,推导了测量信号中畸点数据的判据,分析了畸点产生原因,并结合扭振数字化测量的硬件特点归纳了一套畸点处理方法。实际应用表明,该方法能有效判定和剔除采集数据中的畸点。
Abnormal points in acquisition data of measuring internal combustion engine torsional vibration by digital method are bound to occur. These abnormal points can not be eliminated by general DSP methods , so it is essential to find the methods of distinguishing and eliminating these points. The distinguishing and eliminating methods were concluded on the base of measurement principle and hardware characteristics in this paper. Application results show these methods are effective in distinguishing and eliminating abnormal points in acquisition data.
