摘要
制备了水性聚氨酯乳液,讨论了分散工艺和中和顺序对其性能的影响。结果表明倒相分散法得到的乳液外观和稳定性较好、粒径小、分布窄,采用分散和中和同时进行的方式制备的乳液综合性能较好。
The influences oF dispersing process and neutralizing mode on the properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsion were discussed by using different emulsification process. The results showed that stability and appearance of the emulsion is better, and particle size and polydispersity of particle size of emulsion become small by reverse phase dispersing process, the comprehensive properties of emulsion is good when the dispersing process and neutralizing mode are used at the same time to prepare this emulsion.
