青霉菌渣固态发酵法生产菌体蛋白饲料的应用研究 被引量:21

摘要 研究了利用青霉素发酵后的废菌渣生产适口性菌体蛋白饲料的方法。研究表明,在废菌渣中加入柠檬酸渣和麸皮可有效地消除废菌体自溶而产生的臭味;同时采用酵母菌固态发酵法,不仅消除了饲源的不良气味和滋味,改善了适口性,而且提高了饲料的蛋白含量,1 g干物质中活菌数达61.6×108个,蛋白质量分数达到48.2%,达到优质蛋白饲料标准,明显地提高了菌渣的利用价值。 An investigation for producing superior SCP was conducted by SSF using waste pellets from penicillin fermentation. The experimental results show that the smell in the culture process, produced by autolysed hyphae, was efficiently removed by simultaneously adding bran and residues from citric acid fermentation. Meanwhile by using yeast SSF, not only the undesirable smell of the fodder was eliminated and the good taste was produced, but also the quality of the fodder was enhanced with 61.6 × 10^8 vital cells per gram(dry weight) and 48.2% of apparent in this product.
