摘要
运用文献资料法,从体育法规体系研究、体育法微观层面上的主体研究、我国体育法治建设研究等几个方面来对我国改革开放之后的体育立法研究状况进行详细的分析和归纳总结,并在此基础上,指出我国体育立法研究中存在的问题和解决办法。
By using the method of documentary, the paper conducts detailed analysis and summarizes the research status of Chinese sports legislation when after reform and opening from the following aspects ： the research on sports regulation system; the micro - subjects of sports law; the building of sports law etc. On the basis of research , the writer points out the existing problems and puts forward solutions on legislation research in China.
