分析了我国职业体育俱乐部的融资现状,其主要表现为融资需求大、融资方式单一、融资结构不合理。借鉴国外职业体育俱乐部的经验提出了我国职业体育俱乐部的优化融资策略:股权融资;大股东信用担保贷款融资;境外二板市场上市融资。

By analyzing the current financing status of professional sports clubs in China, the writer points out its characteristic as highly demand, simple mode and unsuitable structure. Learning from the experience of overseas clubs, the paper puts forward the countermeasures as follows： the equity financing; the credit guarantee financing by loaning of the strong holders; listing financing of the overseas second stock market.
