加强国际科技合作 提高研究水平——经济作物研究所国际合作回顾与建议

Building up International Cooperation on Science Technology and Improving the Level of Research——Review and Advice on International Cooperation of Science Technology in the Industrial Crops Institute of Heilongjiang Agricultural Sciences Academy

通过对黑龙江省农业科学院经济作物研究所开展与俄罗斯等东欧国家科技合作里程的回顾,阐述了合作取得的成果,提出了今后合作的建议。

International cooperation of science technology between the industrial crops institute of Heilongjiang agricultural sciences academy and some East--Europe countries including Russia was reviewed in this paper, the achievement gained in the international cooperation was elaborated on, and some suggestions were proposed for future cooperation.
