精神病患者婚姻状况调查

An investigation of the marital status of patients with mental disorders

本资料通过对社区和住院的140例10年前未婚时发病的精神病患者婚姻现况的调查，发现女性病人病后结婚率与再婚率明显高于男性，男性病人的离婚率明显高于女性。患者因素间的相关性分析提示患者的年龄、复发次数、劳动能力、居住条件以及配偶的文化程度对婚姻现况均有密切关系。

Objective:To study the marital status of patients with mental disorders. Method: This study re-cruited 140 patients who had mental disorders 10 years ago, when they were single. They were inter-viewed by a doctor and were divided into community and inpatient group. Results: 51. 0% of the inpa-tients were married and 28. 1% were divorced. None of the inpatients were remarried. In the communitygroup. 53. 9% were married and 14.3% were divorced. 42. 9% were remarried. Female had a significant-ly higher rate of remarriage and lower rate of divorce. Correlational analysis revealed that marital statuswas related with age, relapse frequency. labouring capacity, living condition and education of spouse.Discussion: Inpatients with mental disorders had more serious difficulties with marriage than patients inthe community.
