摘要
目的观察成纤维细胞生长因子受体2(FGFR2),在中毒性耳聋小鼠(C57)耳蜗中的定位和表达及其FGFR2表达,降低成年小鼠的听功能情况。方法原位杂交检测FGFR2的表达,听性脑干诱发电位检测听功能。结果FGFR2在成年小鼠耳蜗的螺旋神经节中表达;无干预措施下,FGFR2功能降低小鼠的听功能及表达与野生型小鼠相比较无明显差异;注射庆大霉素后,两组小鼠中FGFR2的表达增强。结论FGFR2与bFGF共同作用于耳蜗,二者联合对庆大霉素有一定的对抗作用。
Objective To examine the location and expression of fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) in cochlea of ototoxic deafness mouse(C57), and to observe the hearing function of the adult mouse whose expression of FGFR2 cut down. Methods To use in situ hybridization and auditory brainstem response(ABR). Results The expression of FGFR2 was mainly located in spiral ganglion of inner ear. The hearing function and expression of the adult mouse between partly decreased expression of FGFR2 and wild type had no significant difference. After given gentamycin, the expression of the two types of adult mice were both en hanced. Conclusion Both bFGF and FGFR2 may effect on cochlea and oppose to gentamyein.
