耳内镜在听骨链重建术中的应用

目的为听骨链重建术寻找一种新的手术方法。方法用耳内镜为6例传导性耳聋患者重建听骨链。结果6例患者术后无并发症,鼓膜生长良好,听力提高20dB HL。结论耳内镜是听骨链重建术中效果良好的方法。

Objective To look for an new operated method of the ossicular reconstruction. Methods The ossicular reconstruction of 6 patients who suffered from middle conductive hearing loss were operated by the endoscope. Results After the operation there were not complications in the 6 patients,eardrums were normal,hearings increased in 20dB HL. Conclusion The method of the ossicular reconstruction operated by the endoscope is helpful.
