摘要
目的探讨应用子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗难治性产后出血的临床疗效。方法15例难治性产后出血采用seldinger技术完成双侧子宫动脉插管造影,确认后注入明胶海绵栓塞血管,并再次造影,证实栓塞成功。结果即刻止血13例,第2次栓塞止血2例,无严重并发症。结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗难治性产后出血是一种安全、迅速、有效的止血方法。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of uterine arterial embolization management for intractable postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Fifteen patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage were chosen to be catheterized of bilateral uterine arteries using seldinger technique, and gelfoam was injected into arteries for embolization after angiogeaphy proved then followed by another angiography to confirm the success of embolization. Results All of the 15 cases of postpartum bleeding were successfully controlled including 2 cases treated by a second embolization, no serious complications happened. Conclusion Uterine arterial embolization is a safe quick and effective therapeutic measure for treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage.
