基于马尔可夫链的细分客户群间歇性购买客户终生价值预测模型 被引量:3

摘要 在客户关系管理中,一个至关重要的问题是如何定量预测顾客剩余生命周期的利润潜力,即顾客终身价值,这一问题的研究有利于企业根据顾客的长期价值潜力合理分配资源投入,提高企业运营绩效。而当前的对细分客户群间歇性购买顾客的剩余终生价值进行预测的方法只能预测其部分价值,本文根据马尔可夫链理论给出了一种预测其全部剩余终生价值的方法。
