摘要 目的:了解中药对心肌细胞中凋亡调控基因的影响研究进展,以期发现中药对心肌细胞中凋亡调控基因的影响机制。资料来源:检索中国学术期刊全文数据库1979-01/2005-06与中药对心肌细胞中调控凋亡基因相关的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“中药,心肌细胞,凋亡基因”。同时检索Medline1992-01/2004-02与中药对心肌细胞中调控凋亡基因相关的文章,限定文章语言种类为英文,检索词“TraditionalChinesemedicine,cadiocyte,apoptosisgene”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括处理组和对照组的文献,筛除明显不随机的研究,对剩余的文献开始查找全文。纳入标准为①随机对照研究。②实验或临床研究包含平行对照组。排除标准:重复性研究和综述类文章。资料提炼:共收集到97篇关于电刺激小脑顶核的随机和未随机研究文章,23个实验或临床研究符合纳入标准。排除的74篇文章,65篇为未随机研究或重复性研究,9篇为综述类文章。资料综合:研究表明,许多基因参与了细胞凋亡的调控,其中Fas,bcl-2,bax,p53等基因发挥了重要的作用,关于它们在细胞凋亡的作用机制已经做了大量深入的研究。23个实验证实了中药对Fas,bcl-2,bax,p53等基因的调控,具有保护心肌细胞的作用。结论:中药对心肌细胞中凋亡调控基因的研究还刚刚起步。且大部分抑制心肌细胞凋亡的中药有效成分尚未有效分离、鉴定,其抑制心肌细胞凋亡的作用机制还不明确。随着中药药理研究与分子生物学技术的发展,采用先进的分子生物学技术阐明中药对心肌细胞凋亡抑制作用的机制,将有助于为进一步研究高效中药新药提供科学依据,快速有效的消除运动性疲劳。 OBJECTIVE; To investigate the effect of Chinese herb on native medicine on regulative gene of apoptosis in myocardial cells so as to find out its mechanism. DATA SOURCES: Correlative articles on regulative gene of apoptosis in myocardial cells were retrieved from the Chinese Academic Periodical Full-text Database from January 1979 to June 2005 with the key terms of "Chinese herb, myocardial cell, apoptosis gene" in Chinese. Meanwhile, another correlative articles were also retrieved from Modline from January 1992 to February 2004 with the key terms of "traditional Chinese Medicine, cadiocyte, apoptosis gene" in English. STUDY SELECTION: All articles in treatment group and control group were selected firstly, but researches were excluded because of obvious nonrandomized selection. The rest articles were retrieved the full text. Inclusion criteria: ① randomized controlled research; ② experiment or clinical research including articles in parallel control group. Exclusion criteria: duplicated researches and summarized articles. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 97 articles on randomized and nonrandomized study of electric stimulating cerebellar fastigial nucleus were collected. Among them, 23 experiments or clinical researches were coincidence with inclusion criteria, 74 were excluded, 65 were nonrandomized study or duplicated studies, and 9 were summarized study. DATA SYNTHESIS: The researches suggested that a lot of genes participated in regulating apoptisis, especially Fax, bcl-2, bax and p53 were important. With so many researches on their mechanisms, 23 experiments proved that Fax, bcl-2, bax and p53 could protect myocardial cells. CONCLUSION: However, the research of the Chinese herb on the regulative gene of apoptosis in myocardial cells has just starts. What's more, the majority effective component of suppressions has not yet effectively separated and assured, meanwhile the mechanism is also unclear. With the development of the pharmacology research of Chinese herb and the molecular biology technology, we use the advanced molecular biology technology expounding the mechanism of Chinese herb on the apoptosis in myocardial cell, which will be helpful to further study on the highly effective Chinese herb providing the scientific basis and the fast effective elimination of mobility.
