杜泊羊主要血清生化指标的测定

Diochemical index determination of main serum of dorper sheep

选择6月龄左右、营养良好、健康无异常表现的杜泊羊30只(公羊10只,平均体重52．6 kg;母羊 20只,平均体重46．3 kg),母小尾寒羊(平均体重39．1 kg),杜泊羊(父本)与小尾寒羊(母本)的杂交一代(F1)母羊 20只(平均体重41．6 kg),对其血清中K+、Na+、Ca+等14项生化指标进行测定。结果表明,杜泊羊公、母羊之间 Ca2+,尿素氮(BUN)和总蛋白(TP)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ACP)活性6项指标差异显著(P<0．05),其他8项指标差异不显著(P>0．05);在母羊群体中,杜泊羊、小尾寒羊与F1代羊的Ca2+, BUN和血糖(GLU)含量及ALT、ACP和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性等指标差异显著(P<0．05);TP,清蛋白(ALB)。球蛋白(GLO)含量和AST活性等指标差异极显著(P<0．01)。

Fourteen biochemical indexes of serum were determined including K^＋ ,Na^＋ ,Ca^2＋ etc,which were from 30 Dorper sheep （10♂ ,52.6 kg;20♀ ,46.3 kg）,20 Small Tail Han sheep （♀,39.1 kg）,20 first filial generation （F1, ♀ ,41.6 kg） of Dorper sheep （ ♂ ） and Small Tall Han sheep （♀）. The result indicated ：There were obvious differences （P〈0.05） calcium,non Protein Nitrogen,total protein,ALT,AST and ACP in male and female Dorper sheep,and there was no significant difference （P〉0. 05） among other eight biochemical indexes. There was significant difference （P〈0.05） among Ca^2＋ ,BUN ,GLU,ALT,ACP and LDH,and there were very significant differences （P〈0.01） among TP,ALB,GLO and AST in the three female sheep groups.
