摘要
在超声器中提取西瓜样品,用亚铁氢化钾和乙酸锌沉淀蛋白,活性碳脱色素,酚二磺酸碱性条件下和硝酸盐生成黄色化合物,样品的硝酸盐检测结果有较好的准确度和精密度,能满足样品分析需要。
The watermelon sample was extracted with ultrasound, protein was precipitated with potassium ferrocyanide and zinc acetate, and the pigment was decolored with activated carbon, nitrate would produce yellow compound with phenonldisulponic acid on condition of base. The accuracy and definition of the detecting result of nitrate is better to agree with the need of sample analysis.
