摘要
针对隔爆型变频器的特点,从功率单元、参数设计角度分析了减小逆变器损耗的方法,研究了采用不同散热方式下的散热性能及优缺点,设计了基于热管自冷散热方式的75 kW大功率隔爆变频器。实验与现场实际应用表明,该变频器具有很好的散热效果,且噪音低、运行可靠,可满足工业实际应用的要求。
Aiming at characteristics of isolating blast inverter, the authors analyze several methods to reduce the inverter loss from control arithmetic and parameter configuration. The heatbarrier performances, advantages and disadvantages of different heatbarrier methods adopted are studied; and the 75 kW high power isolating blast inverter based on the heat pipe and self-cooling heatbarrier patterns is designed. The test and in-situ practical use indicate that this inverter is of better heatbarrier effect,low noises and reliable operation so as to satisfy the practical use requirement in industry.
