摘要 通过不同配方比实验,研究了杜仲胶对三元共混硫化胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,含适量杜仲胶的胶料包辊性良好,定伸应力提高,滚动阻力和压缩生热降低,耐疲劳性能优异,磨耗和干湿路面摩擦因数保持较高水平;杜仲胶对共混硫化胶上述性能的影响在较高交联程度体系和较低交联程度体系是不同的,通过差示扫描量热法分析,这可能与杜仲胶在硫化胶中形成的微晶有关。 The effects of gutta upon the vulcanizate of ternary blends are studied via the experiments of different prescriptions. The experimental results indicate that the gelation containing the right amount of gutta is characterized by such good properties as high banding ability, improve- ment of fixed-extending stress, decrease in rolling resistance and compression heat genesis, better fatigue tolerance, and maintaining high level of wear resistance and friction coefficient on both dry and wet roads. The effects of gutta upon the above-mentioned properties of the vulcanizate of the blends are different between the higher-and lower-cross-linking systems. These phenomena are likely to be in relevant with the crystallite effect of gutta by differential scanning calorimetric analysis (DSC).
