中医与傣医之脉诊比较

Comparison of Pulse Diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dhai Medicine

从诊察方法及临床应用方面对中傣医脉诊进行比较,结果表明二者在诊察方法、思维方式及病象主病规律方面许多共同之处,在脉象机理的阐释方面则二者存在较大差别。提出同中找共同规律,异中求发展,保持各自特色,寻求各自发展的观点。同时,提出借鉴中医脉诊经验,补充完善傣医脉诊内容的建议。

Compare the pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine and Dhai medicine at aspects of diagnostic methods and clinical application, the result is that there is similarity in diagnostic methods, thinking and manifestations controlling diseases and difference in explaining the mechanism of pulse condition. It is suggested to find out the common rule in similarity and development in difference , the characteristics of either medicine , and seek the way of self-development .Meanwhile, it is advised to learn the experience in pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine to perfect pulse diagnosis in Dhai medicine.
