因史前原始社会先民对自然物的万物有灵观、对某些特定动物的图腾崇拜而初步形成天地人神的概念,商用时期强化了天地人神闻的关系,随着春秋战国时期人类自身认识的觉醒,以至于在两汉时期达到了天地神人关系的完善。这表明人类对自然界和人类自身的认识乃是一个历史的发展过程。

The conception of the heavens, the earth, human being and gods is initially formed because of the sense of having soul in the ten thousand things of creation for some natural things , the totem warship for some specially designated animals from human beings in the prehistoric age; the relationship among the heavens, the earth, human being and gods were strengthened in the period of Shang and Zhou Dynasties and made perfect in the period of the Two Hans along with the awakening of cognitive themselves abilities of human beings in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States. It makes known that the cognitive abilities for human beings to natural world and themselves are a historical developmental cause.
