高等农业职业院校教学组织机构设置的思考

The Establishing of Teaching Organization at Higher Vocational and Technical School of Agriculture

解决“三农”问题是当前和今后全党工作的重中之重。农业产业化经营的不断发展和农业产业链的不断延伸,对农业高职教育深化管理体制改革,优化组织机构设置提出了新的要求。本文分析了农业高职教学组织现行机构设置的时弊,提出了适应农业“三产”发展的农业高职教学组织机构优化调整新思路。

Solving the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers is of great significance in the work of the Party at present and in the future. The development of agricultural industrialization and extend of industrial chain has put new demand on deepening reform of managing system of agricultural vocational college, optimizing organization. By analyzing the teaching organization structure of higher vocational college, the new idea suiting agricultural＂three-industries＂is put forward.
