高职院校有着不同于普通高校的人才培养目标,做好高职学生思想政治教育工作,必须把握人才培养目标的本质特征。应根据高职学生的思想特点,采取相应的方法。本文试就高职院校思想政治教育工作的普遍规律和具体方法进行阐述。

The goal for higher vocational colleges to raise talents is different from that of ordinary universities. To complete the political and moral education on students＇ideology the essential characteristic of the goal must be grasped. Proper methods should be adopted according to the students＇characteristics. The basic system and specific methods used to complete the political and moral educational work on students＇ideology in higher vocational colleges are expatiated.
