文章介绍RKD 420/650型双进双出钢球磨煤机的结构特点,分析了电动分离器回粉挡板、磨煤机料位、磨煤机通风量等因素的变化对磨煤机出力、煤粉细度和磨煤单耗的影响。总结了这种类型的双进双出钢球磨煤机的工作状态和调节性能。
The paper introduces the structure characteristic of RKD 420/650 type pair in and pair out steel ball mill, and analyses the change factors of pulverized return damper of motor separator, the partide location, and the ventilation quantity of the mill which influences the output of the mill, coal fineness, and the coal pulverized tingle consumnption, as well as summarizes the operation status and adjustment characteristic of this type steel ball mill.
