城市农民工的社会性需求可分为对工作岗位、对城市工作与生活的安全性以及对流入城市户籍的需求三个方面,并存在着渐次满足,逐步推进的规律。面对需求得不到满足的境况,农民工自己也有独特的应对措施。政府在解决农民工社会性需求中不能失职,应当采取积极的政策与制度推动农民工城市化进程的发展。

The social demands from city farmer workers post,safety and census register have been gradually satisfied. Sometimes, when their demands can＇ t be satisfied, they find their own solutions. Therefore, the goverment shoudn＇t neglect its duty in this work;earnest measures are needed to promote the urbanization of city farmer workers.
