环孢素联合司坦唑醇治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效观察

The Combination of Cyclosporin A and Stanozoioi in Treatment of Chronic Apiastic Anemia

目的:探讨更有效的治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的方法。方法:比较单用司坦唑醇与司坦唑醇联合环孢素(CsA)治疗CAA的疗效。结果:司坦唑醇联合CsA组有效率(88．89％)明显高于单用司坦唑醇组(54．55％)。结论:司坦唑醇联合CsA组治疗CAA的有效率优于单用司坦唑醇组,该方案经济、安全。

Objective： To explore more effective regimen for chronic aplastic anemia （CAA）. Method： Stanozolol alone or combined with CsA for the treatment of CAA were compared. Result： The response rate of stanozolol combined with CsA （88.89%）was higher than of stanozolol alone （54.55%） . Conclusion： Stanozolol combined with CsA have a much better efficacy than that of stanozolol alone in the treatment of CAA, the combination therapy is safe and economical.
