两种手术方法治疗双侧臀肌挛缩症疗效比较

Comparison on the curative effect of different operative method in the treatment of double side gluteal muscle contracture

目的比较臀肌挛缩症不同手术方法治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析103例臀肌挛缩症施行大切口及纤维挛缩带切除,120例臀肌挛缩症施行小切口纤维束状带切断治疗的临床疗效。结果大切口优90例,良13例,差0例。小切口优105例,良15例,差0例。结论小切口效果显著,并发症少,术后恢复快。

Objective To compare the curative effect of different operative method in the treatment of gluteal muscle contracture（GMC）. Methods Retrospective analysis was given to 223 cases of gluteal muscle contracture. 103 cases of gluteal muscle contracture were treated with large incision and excision of fibrous contracture tract（large incision group）; 120 cases of gluteal muscle contracture were treated with small incision and cutting of fi- brous fascicular tract（small incision group）. Results 90 cases were excellent, 13 good in the large incision group; 105 cases were excellent, 15 good in the small incision group. Conclusion The small incision operation is a satisfactory method for the treatment of gluteal muscle contracture,which has the advantage of less complication and quicker recovery after operation.
