严重烧伤早期心功能抑制的体液机制Ⅰ烧伤血浆毒性物质对离体灌注豚鼠心脏功能的影响

摘要 作者从严重烧伤豚鼠血浆中提取出分子量在1.3~1.5kD的毒性物质(BPT),观察比较BPT及假伤(正常)豚鼠血浆提取物(NPE)对离体灌流正常豚鼠心脏功能的影响。结果发现:高、中、低3种浓度BPT;①对心脏有明显的抑制作用,表现在左室内压及其变化率明显降低,高浓度BPT可使心率减慢,出现心律失常,心脏可迅速停止于舒张期;②使冠脉收缩,冠脉流量减少;③明显降低心肌氧耗量,抑制心肌线粒体的功能; A toxic substance with molecular weight about 1 3 ̄1 5 kD was extracted from blood plasma of burned guinea pigs (BPT). The effects of this toxic extract on the cardiac functions of isolated heart of normal guinea pigs were observed and compared with those of plasmic extract(NPE) of pseudo injury (normal) animals The results showed as follows:1 All of the high, middle and low concentractions of BPT possessed an obvious inhibitory effect on the heart, i e they could evidently decrease the left intraventricular pressure(LVP) and it′s alteration rate(dp/dt max ) BPT in high concentration slowed the heart rate and evoked the arrhythmia The heart beat may arrest in diastole rapidly 2 BPT constricted the coronary arterioles and reduced the coronary flow 3 BPT decreased the oxygen consumption and depressed respiratory functions of the myocardial mitochondria 4 The biological effect of the NPE in high concentration corresponded with that of BPT in low concentration
