数字化X线摄影双能量减影技术对鼻咽癌的诊断价值 被引量:1

Diagnostic value of digital radiography dual-energy subtraction in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨数字化X线摄影双能量减影技术对鼻咽癌的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性对比分析经CT和病理证实的50例鼻咽癌患者双能量减影和数字X线片,计算双能量减影与普通X线片的ROC曲线下的面积及其标准误,并进行比较。结果双能量减影ROC曲线下面积Az为0.826,明显高于普通X线检查(Az=0.668),有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论双能量减影技术可以有效去除骨组织的影响,并通过多种后处理技术使病变清晰显示,对鼻咽癌的显示明显优于普通平片。 Objective To inquire into the clinical value of digital radiography(DR' s) dual-energy subtraction on diagnosing nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods DR's dual-energy subtraction films and general X-ray films of 50 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by CT and pathology were analysed retrospectively. ROC curves of them was calculated, then compared with the Az values and standard error of general X-ray film and soft film of dual-energy subtraction. Results There were significant differences between general X-ray film and soft film of dual-energy subtraction in the detection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the receiver operating characterisitic (ROC) analysis( P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The DR's dual-energy subtraction can eliminate the influence of bone tissue efficiently and show pathological changes more clearly through multiple postprocessing technique. Dual-energy subtraction technique is obviously excelled to traditional X-ray examination on displaying nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
