试论旅游环境的反哺机制

On Recurrent System of Tourism Environment

丰富的人文和自然旅游资源为我国发展旅游经济提供了巨大潜力,目前全国各地都把旅游业当作主要的经济增长点,然而在这繁荣旅游经济的背后,却出现了旅游环境的大量污染破坏现象。笔者拟在可持续发展视野下,从建立反哺机制的法理和现实基础始论述,注重旅游环境内在价值良性循环,坚持“从旅游中来到旅游中去”的原则,最终提出反哺机制的整体框架。

The rich tourism resources of humanities and nature provide huge potentials for the development of China＇s tourism economy. At present, tourist industry is regarded as the main economic growth spot throughout the country. However, massive pollution of tourism environment arose behind the prosperity of tourism economy. From the vision of sustainable development, the author illustrates that the inner virtuous circle of tourism environment should be highly valued on the basis of regal theory and realistic foundations of recurrent system. The principle ＂arrival in the tourism from the tourism＂ must be persisted. Finally, the idea to build overall frame of recurrent system is put forward in this paper.
