摘要
针对大型板带轧机工作辊轴承座易受热变形这一特征,建立了合理的有限元计算模型,详细介绍了一些利用有限元法求解有关热传导的问题,并且利用计算结果对轴承座的热特性进行了分析与研究,结果表明,温度梯度小的轴承座部位,其热应力小,轴承座热变形主要是因为热应力大造成的。
Regarding to the characteristic that the heat distortion is easy to be created on the work roll bearing chock of the strip mill, the reasonable finite element model has been established. The article has described the relative heat conduct issues solved with FEM, and the heat characteristic of the bearing chock has been analyzed and researched with the calculated results, which shows that the less temperature gradient of the bearing chock, the less thermal stress of the bearing chock. The heat distortion of the bearing chock is caused by the higher thermal stress.
