摘要
用双环已酮草酰二腙(BCO)光度法测定锡基合金中的铜量。以盐酸、硝酸溶解试样,双环已酮草酰二腙(BCO)与铜离子在碱性溶液中生成兰色络合物,反应的酸度为pH 7~10,其最大吸收在595 nm^600 nm波长处。此方法具有分析周期短,灵敏度高,稳定性好等特点。适用范围:1%~10%。
For the mesuration of the copper contents in the Stannum based alloy by means of BCO light -intensity method, the test sample shall be dissolved with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and in the basic solvent, BCO and cupric ion generated into blue complex, the reactive acidity shall be PH 7 - 10, the max. absorption of which is at wavelength of 585 nm- 600nm. This method has the characteristic of short analysis period, higher sensitivity and perfect stability. The applicable scope shall be 1% -10%.
