摘要
目的:探讨Fas及其配体基因在肾癌与正常肾组织中表达的意义。方法:42例肾癌组织和13例正常肾组织采用免疫组化法检测Fas/FasL基因在肾癌与正常肾组织的表达并进行分析。结果:Fas在肾癌组织阳性表达率52.4%,明显低于正常肾组织。FasL阳性表达率54.8%,显著高于正常肾组织(P<0.05);Fas/FasL在肾癌的病理分级中表达的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:Fas/FasL系统在肾癌组织中的异常表达可能参与了恶性肿瘤的形成。
Objective:To investigate the expressions of Fas and FasL in renal cellular carcinoma and normal renal cell. Methods: Fas and FasL expressions were assayed by means of immunohistochemical SP technique in 42 cases of renal cellular carcinomas and 13 cases of controlled normal kidney tissues. Results. Fas expression rate in renal cellular carcinomas was 52.4%, lower than that in the controlled normal kidney tissues(P〈0. 05) ,but FasL expression rate in renal cellular carcinoma was higher than that in controlled normal kidney tissue(P〈0.05). There was no significantly different between the expressions of Fas and FasL in renal cell carcinoma grade(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of Fas/FasL in renal cellular carcinoma may take part in the developing of malignant tumor.
