超短波和指数曲线电流治疗兔坐骨神经损伤的实验观察 被引量:1

摘要 作者采用超短波和指数曲线电流治疗家兔经手术损伤后的坐骨神经,通过每段时间的肌电图、神经传导功能检查,观察到治疗组12周时肌电图恢复早于对照组,同时间的传导潜伏期1.51ms,传导速率53.16m/s,已恢复到术前水平(P<0.05),对照组分别3.54ms和2.086m/s(P<0.05)。并用上法治疗35例神经损伤,痊愈显效率85%,好转率114%,证明超短波和指数曲线电流可促进损伤神经的恢复。 The sciatic nerve of rabbit injured by operation was treated by ultrashort wave and index curve current .The test group's electromyographic integrogram recoveryed early than the control group after 12 weeks,and the conduction latent period are 1.51 ms and 3.54ms ,the conduction rate are 53.16m/s and 2.086 m/s respectively ( P <0.05),the former recovery to the level of pre-operation.35 cases of nerve injury were treated by this method,the cure rate is 85%.It pointed out that the ultrashort wave and index curve can recovery the nerve injury.
