体外反搏对老年糖尿病患者血液流变学指标的影响

Effect of external counterpulsation on blood rheology of senile diabetic

作者观察了３０例老年糖尿病合并心脑血管病患者，在进行了一疗程体外反搏治疗后的血液流变学指标变化，结果发现，糖尿病组治疗前全血粘度、血浆粘度等增高，治疗后下降，提示体外反搏对预防和治疗糖尿病及其血管并发症，改善高粘血症等有一定疗效。

The changes of blood rheology of 30 cases of senile diabetic combined cerebrocardiovascular disease were observed pre- and post- external counterpulsation treatment .The results showed that the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity decreased,which is pointed out that external counterpulsation is of therapeutic effect on improving blood rheology and preventing and treating diabetic and its complication.
