浅谈轨道交通采用PPP模式融资

Financing by Means of PPP in Railway Transit

目前我国轨道交通建设资金仍以政府投入为主,没有很好发挥社会资本的作用。该文通过介绍PPP模式的概念、运作思路,分析其优点,结合我国实际情况,提出PPP模式在我国轨道交通领域运用的方法及应注意的问题。

Nowadays, railway transit in China is mainly invested by government, without bringing society capital into play. By introducing the concept and operation of PPP, this paper analyzes its advantage, brings forward the ways and concerns of its application in railway transit under China＇s current situation.
