语境对古代汉语词义训释的制约主要表现在以下四个方面:语境对一词多义的制约;语境对词义范围的制约;语境对同义反义的制约;语境对临时意义的制约。只有结合语境,随文释义,才能正确地解释和理解词语的意义。

The restrictions concerning context and explanation mainly exist in the following four aspects： the restriction on word that has multiple explanations, the restriction on the range of explanation, the restriction of synonyms and antonyms, and the restriction on temporary explanations. Context should be considered when we are trying to give explanations so that better explanations can be offered.
