财会专业本科教育“双导师制”的实践与探索

Practicing "Two Tutor Systems" in the Undergraduate Accounting Education

该文从专业培养目标、学校的教学状况和行业发展的矛盾、社会对专业人才需求等方面存在的问题角度提出高校财会专业本科实行“双导师制”培养方式的必要性,概括了“双导师制”的基本内容,阐释了其实施后的效果。

Based on the professional training objective, the contradiction between teaching state and trade development, and the existing problems, such as society＇ s demand of professionals, this paper puts forward that it is very necessary to implement the training mode of ＂double tutors＂ for the professional undergraduate course of financial accounting. It summarizes the basic contents of the ＂double tutors＂ system and explains the influence after implementing this mode.
