摘要
目的研究低分子量多肽(LMP)基因多态性与尖锐湿疣发病的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测尖锐湿疣患者和正常人群低分子量多肽基因LMP2和LMP7。结果LMP2*B等位基因频率在尖锐湿疣患者中增高(P<0.05),LMP7等位基因频率与正常对照组比较,差别无显著性(P>0.05),LMP2和LMP7基因型频率与对照组比较差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论LMP2*B等位基因可能与尖锐湿疣发病有关。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between polymorphisms oi low molecular weight protein (LMP) genes and acuminata condyloma. [Methods] LMP2 and LPM7 gene polymorphisms were analyzed in 98 Cantonese patients with acuminata condyloma and in 93 ethnically matched healthy individuals. LMP genotypes were determined by PCR-RFLP (Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) method. [Resuits] LMP2*B allelic fi-equency in patients was higher than that in normal controls (P 〈0.05). LMP2 allelic frequency was similar in patients and healthy controls (P 〉0.05). Genotype frequency of LMP2 and LMP7 did not reveal significant difference between patients group and control group (P 〉0.05). [Conclusions] LMP2*B allele is associated with the development of acuminata condyloma.
