妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症中西医结合治疗的临床观察

目的探讨妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的治疗方法。方法26例ICP患者采用中西医结合(地塞米松+中药)治疗者作为观察组,以同期收住院西药(地塞米松)治疗的ICP26例作为对照组,进行回顾分析。结果两组患者的瘙痒症状在治疗后第10天100%改善。观察组11例黄疸患者治疗第10天11例都有缓解,而对照组9例黄疸患者治疗第10天5例缓解。治疗前的TBA、ALT、D-BI两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),观察组治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后两组的早产率、羊水污染率及新生儿窒息率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗ICP对改善症状、降低TBA、ALT、D-BI生化指标及改善妊娠结局都优于单用西药治疗ICP,值得推广,但其机制有待进一步研究。

[Objective] To study the treatment method of lntrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy （ICP）. [Methods] The patients were separated into two groups, one group of 26 eases of ICP treated by combined traditional and western nredicine （called as observed group）, compared with another group of ICP treated by dexamethasone （called as compared group） in the same hospital period. To study and analyse their cure effectiveness respectively. [Resuits] 100% impro.vements on itching symptom since 10th day after treatment effective to two groups. Compared results as foUowing： 11 cases remission of 11 icterus cases in observed group, 5 cased remission of 9 cased in compared group. Before treatment, there seems no significance to contrast the two group in terms of TBA, ALT, D-BI （P 〉0.05）. After treatment, there was a significance difference （P 〈0.05） in observed group, thence was no significance in compared group （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The proper combination treatment on ICP should be recommended and developed, because this treatment demonstrated its advantages in ways of symptom remission, reduction of biochemical index such as TBA, ALT, D-BI as well as improvement on pregnancy. But the mechanism and cause of formation should be furtherly probed and studied.
