Protection and Utilization of Jiangxin Island Wetland of Maanshan City

围绕马鞍山江心洲湿地的发展规划,分析了湿地现状及因港口、城市发展所面临的保护与发展问题。以当今湿地与水资源保护为前提,探讨了江心州湿地开发利用战略与保护措施,提出了湿地保护与发展兼容的若干经验模式。

Focusing on the developmental planning for the Jiangxin Island wetland resources of Maanshan City, the authors analyzed the current status, protection and developmental problems of the wetland resources and their management which raised due to the rapid development of port and the city. Setting the protection of wetland and water resources as the priority, the paper addressed the strategy and measures to better protect and develop the Jiangxin Island Wetland, and proposed several empirical models for concurrent wetland preservation and development.
