大型贯流机组调速系统优化选择

摘要 目前中国低水头径流式水电站建设之势方兴未艾,贯流式机组以其优良的水力特性和显著的经济效益倍受广大水电开发者的青睐。文章对贯流式水轮机调速系统的特点进行必要的分析,对在编制调速器标书的过程中和调速器设备管路的安装过程中遇到的一些问题进行了探讨。对调速容量的确定、电液转换装置的选择、机组过速保护及油压装置的设计与布置提出自己的观点,希望能够对贯流机组调速系统的选择和设计提供有益的参考。 The construction of low head runoff river hydropower stations is now in the ascendant. The tubular turbine has obtained favor in wide hydropower developers for its good hydraulic features and remarkable economic benefits. The necessary analysis was made for features of governor system of tubular turbines, and the discussion was also carried out for some problems encountered in the processes of compilation of governor tender and installation of governor pipe line. The viewpoint is put forward for the determination of governing capacity, selection of electro-hydraulic converter and overspeed protection of units as well as design and layout of oil pressure device.
