手法治疗动力型颈椎管狭窄症的生物力学研究 被引量:5

摘要 作者采用HMOO-1型骨内压测量仪对犬、猪各3具新鲜标本测量了不同角度,不同牵引力下椎间盘内的压力变化,为颈椎前屈位牵伸归挤手法治疗动力型颈椎管狭窄症提供必要的理论依据,实验结果显示:随前屈角度及牵引力的大小与椎间盘内负压值的变化有各自的规律性,证明该手法使脊髓和神经根在减压的姿位下软组织获得充分的松解、矫正滑移是安全有效的。 HMOO-1type apparatus for measuring the internal pressure of bones was used to investigate the changes of the internal pressure of cervical intervertebral disc in dogs and pigs under different angles and drawing strength.It provides theoretical proof to treat cervical dynamic stenosis in anterior flex with draft and osteotherapy. The results showed that negative internal pressure of the intervertebral disc varied with the angle and the drawing strength.each of which had characteristic law of its own. It implies that this therapy is efficient and safe under the condition of decompression of spine and nerve root so as to release the soft tissue spasm and correct slides.
