摘要
轧钢机人字齿轮机座的齿轮啮合强度不足是一个普遍的问题。除了选择合适的齿轮材料及合适的热处理工艺外,还可采用角度变位—正传动变位重新设计了轧钢机人字齿轮传动。实践证明,采用这种设计对于提高人字齿轮的承载能力和强度是切实可行的。
It is a general issue that the meshing force between the gears in the wiling mill herringbone gear stand is not sufficient. Other than the proper selection of the gear material and the proper heat treatment process, the angle position change - positive drive profile shifted gear has been adopted for re - design the herringbone gear driving of the rolling mill, which has proven that by adopting this design it is practicable to improve the load capacity and the strength of the herringbone gear stand.
