摘要
介绍了冷硬铸铁轧辊用切断刀的刀具材料,刀具几何参数设计以及切削用量和冷却条件的选择,并提出了切断时应该注意的工艺问题。
The material used for the cutter of the chilled cast iron roll has been described in this article , as well as the design of the cutter geometrical parameters, the cutting amount and the selection of the cooling condition, meanwhile the technological issues that has to be noticed during cutting off procedure has been presented as well.
